TubeRocket - Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TubeRocket ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

TubeRocket is a mobile application that helps users upload videos to YouTube with AI-generated metadata including titles, descriptions, tags, hashtags, and thumbnails. The App uses third-party AI services to analyze video content and generate optimized metadata.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use TubeRocket
You must have a valid Google account and YouTube channel
You must comply with YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines

4. User Accounts

You sign in using your Google account via official Google OAuth
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You are responsible for all content uploaded through the App using your account
We do not store your Google password

5. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

All videos you upload through TubeRocket
Ensuring you have the rights to upload the content
Reviewing AI-generated metadata before publishing
Compliance with copyright laws and YouTube's policies
Any consequences of publishing content to your YouTube channel

TubeRocket provides AI-generated suggestions only. You should always review and edit the generated content before publishing.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The AI-generated titles, descriptions, tags, and other metadata are provided as suggestions. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will:

Be accurate, appropriate, or error-free
Achieve specific SEO rankings or view counts
Comply with all YouTube policies in all cases

Always review AI-generated content before uploading to your channel.

7. Subscription & Payments

7.1 Free Tier

The free tier includes 3 video uploads per day with basic AI features.

7.2 Premium Subscription

Premium costs $4.99/month, billed through Google Play or Apple App Store
Premium unlocks unlimited uploads, batch upload (up to 10 videos), and all 18 languages
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's store settings

7.3 Refunds

Refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple App Store according to their respective refund policies.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use TubeRocket to:

Upload content that violates any laws or regulations
Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
Spam, mislead, or deceive YouTube viewers
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
Circumvent usage limits or subscription requirements

9. Intellectual Property

TubeRocket and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DreamCodeStudio
You retain all rights to your video content
AI-generated metadata created for your videos is yours to use freely

10. Limitation of Liability

TubeRocket is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

Any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App
Loss of data, revenue, or profits
Content uploaded to your YouTube channel through the App
YouTube account restrictions or penalties resulting from uploaded content
Third-party service outages (Google, YouTube, AI services)

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
