TubeRocket ("we", "our", or "the App") is a YouTube video publishing tool that helps users generate titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and upload videos to YouTube. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

2.1 Google Account Information

When you sign in with Google, we access:

• Your Google account name and email (for authentication)
• Your YouTube channel information (to upload videos on your behalf)

2.2 Video Content

When you use TubeRocket, we process:

• Video files you select for upload (processed locally on your device)
• Audio extracted from videos (sent to AI services for transcription only)
• Generated metadata (titles, descriptions, tags) created by AI based on your video content

2.3 App Preferences

• Language preference
• Video category preferences
• Privacy settings for uploads

3. How We Use Your Information

• Authentication: To sign you in and connect to your YouTube channel
• Video Upload: To upload videos directly to your YouTube channel via the YouTube Data API
• AI Processing: To generate titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails using AI services (Groq API)
• Audio Transcription: To transcribe video audio for better content generation using Whisper AI

4. Third-Party Services

TubeRocket uses the following third-party services:

• Google Sign-In & YouTube Data API: For authentication and video uploading. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy
• Groq AI API: For content generation and audio transcription. Audio data is sent securely and not stored permanently
• AudD API: For optional copyright music detection. Audio fingerprints may be sent for analysis

5. Data Storage & Security

• All app preferences are stored locally on your device using SharedPreferences
• We do not store your videos, audio, or generated content on any external server
• Authentication tokens are managed securely by Google Sign-In SDK
• We do not have our own backend server — all processing happens on-device or through direct API calls

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Data is only shared with the third-party services listed above, strictly for the app's core functionality.

7. Your Rights

• Revoke Access: You can disconnect TubeRocket from your Google account at any time via Google Account Permissions
• Delete Data: Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data
• Opt Out: You can choose not to use AI features and manually enter video metadata

8. Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics (by Google) to understand how users interact with the app. This helps us improve the user experience. Firebase Analytics may collect:

• App usage data (screens viewed, features used)
• Device type and operating system version
• Country/region (not precise location)
• App crashes and performance data

This data is aggregated and anonymous. It does not identify you personally. You can opt out of analytics by disabling "Usage & Diagnostics" in your device settings.
